Panty-liners are best use at the end of your period since they do not contain a waterproof lining.If you have to wear a liner to take care of everyday moisture, these are wonderful. I can speak from experience!
would not recommend these during your menstrual cycle unless you are at the very tail end (light spotting.)

Small Pad are best for light days has a built-in PUL waterproof barrier
Regular Pad - 10" x 3 1/2" ( 6 layers)*
Regular pad are best your regular or normal period, has a built-in PUL waterproof barrier but may leak if use during heavy period or longer hours ( more than 8 hours)

Care:
Throw in the wash with your regular laundry and regular detergent and machine dry. This is especially important to do before you wear the pad for the first time. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Or, if you want them to last a little longer, choose some or all of the following: wash with a detergent that contains few additives (brighteners, softeners, and fragrance)
